Manifesting Your Heart's Desires

As we have learned in Life Coaching 101 there are two ways to do life: physical and spiritual. Doing life alone the physical way is a struggle, produces limiting effects and a counterfeit joy. While on the other hand, doing life with God the spiritual way makes our life easier, produces infinite abundance and a true enduring joy.
Co-Creating with God your heart's desires works for anyone! There is no favoritism with God. Whether you are a believer or not, white or black, Christian or not; Co-Creating with God your hearts desires works EQUALLY for everyone. And for Christians, Co-Creating with God with Jesus produces even greater effects.
Co-Creating with God is of the Kingdom Of God-Heaven principles: it magnifies our heart's desires like yeast in bread. Co-Creating with God turns our original heart's desires into something grander, serving a greater higher purpose, producing a greater higher cause-n-effect, and will benefit more on a larger scale.
God takes our original plans and ideas, all our likes and things that brings us joy, as well as other heart desires of ours, and mixes them all together—like ingredients to making a cake—adding HIM SELF in as one of the ingredients that super-sizes it all, then out comes your perfect life purpose work that will totally fulfill you and complete you.
In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps. -Proverbs 16:9
Another reason for Co-Creating with God our heart's desires is because, in our lower nature state of our BEing's perspective, our ideas may seem to be good, up-right, noble, and brilliant to us BUT NOT TO GOD. So God determines the final HOW. God sees things we can't. God knows the best way and the best route to take in achieving your goals from HIS Perspective.
You can Co-Create with God on anything: health, prosperity, needs/wants, material things, business stuff, personal things, charity/contribution, a better job, more time at home with family, loosing weight, etc. For Co-Creating with God on simple more immediate things then refer to Life Coaching 201 and Life Coaching 203. For bigger stuff, a life-style change, this current page is for you.
Men and women who are spouses and/or parents usually deny their heart desires for the sake of the family. With God, it doesn't have to be one or the other. With God, you can have both! You don't want to deny your own heart's desires because they are of God, who you really are, and this part of you needs to be fully expressed for you to be whole.
When Co-Creating with God, asking God for things, He will fulfill your request exactly to the T—be careful HOW you ask or WHAT you ask for! Once it is manifested, even if undesirable or a mistake, it's yours! You must take responsibility for your creations. If you ask for bread He will not give you a stone. Or if you ask for a fish He will not give you a snake. [Matthew 7:9] Sometimes what we ask for and want could harm us not knowing any better. Like a child wanting lots of candy...after receiving it and eating it and feeling sick in the stomach afterwards, realizes that maybe getting what you wanted wasn't such a good idea after all. For these reasons and more, it is best to leave some room for God's opinion. It is best to always include; God, if what you have for me is bigger and better than what I am asking then cancel my request and let's go with yours.
Example: a female woman Co-Created with God a husband. She wrote down in detail what she wanted (chose to have) in a husband. She got exactly what she wrote down. However, when she got what she had asked for she realized she forgot one thing; she forgot to write down "Christian" so her husband was not a Christian!

Step One: Discovering Your Heart's Desires
Following your Heart's Desires can open the doors to receiving your Calling and Destiny from God.
Most of our lives we have been told to stop dreaming and get back to reality. Little did these people know that dreaming creates our reality and that dreams really do come true. Because of so, some of us have suppressed our heart desires (lost the will of dreaming). We need to get it back, to awaken our Spirit. Our God-given heart desires is who we really are that God created us to BE. Once we BE who God created us to BE, our life will be sooo fulfilling, joyful, and prosperous. It is freeing.
Now let me clarify. Wishful thinking will not manifest physically. It is our God-given heart desires that CAN manifest physically within the limits of God's laws, meaning that, fantasies are illusional.
We cannot fly, however, God can provide other means within His laws making flying possible for us. So don't limit your heart desires on things only seen, go for things NOT seen too. ANYTHING is possible with God, one way or another. Isn't that great! God wants us to be happy.
Find a quiet place with no distractions to do this Heart & Soul searching.
What is it that you really want from the bottom of your heart? Health, Wealth, Success? What is it that you desire to achieve, do, become, experience? If you were to be on your death bed, what regrets would you have from not accomplishing certain things? Go back in your past, when were you most happiest? Or what will make you happy in the future? What makes you feel good? What brings you Joy? What are your hobbies? What is your ideal lifestyle-career? What is FUN to you? What matters to you?
When creating your list of Heart Desires do it openly and freely without any kind of limitations or restraints. Don't limit your list of Heart Desires to your current situation. If you could have, be, do, experience anything what would it be? ANYTHING! Don't be afraid to Dream Big. What is it that you really, really, really desire to have or do in life?
And when you write down your heart desires keep it in a positive format.
Examples: I choose to be rich (positive), because I do not like to be in poverty (negative). I choose to have a better life (positive) because I don't like the life I have now (negative). I choose to have an endless supply of money [the word end-less END is a limiting word...END you are at the end of your supply] change to positive format of having an infinate suppy.

Your Heart Desires must be in alignment to God's righteousness, it must not harm yourself, others, the planet, or animals. God will not help you get money to drink or to live a pimp lifestyle!
"The desire of the righteous ends only in good." -Psalm 103:5
"What the righteous desire will be granted." -Proverbs 10:24
"The Lord is far from the wicked but hears the prayer of the righteous." -Proverbs 15:29
"Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart." -Psalm 37:4
Write it all down on paper. [Writing it down is a form of communication to God]
Part Two of Step One: Separate Evil from the Good
You will experience battles in the mind from the ego when creating a list of your Heart Desires. Your ego will come up with all kinds of reasons why you can't or shouldn't have what you truly desire.
Do this exercise for each Heart Desire:
Take a separate piece of paper, at the top label it with the Heart Desire thing, then under that make 2 columns with a divider line between them. Label each column: Positive side of having it / Negative side to having it. Now in the column labeled Positive side to having it write down all the good things that comes from having it. And then in the column labeled Negative side to having it write down what that inner voice says for the bad reasons of having it. See example below.
This is what's known as the 'seesaw' effect (biblically known as double-mindedness)...you keep going back-n-forth on your thoughts and feelings never resulting to an absolute.

Ok, when your list is finished, columns are all filled up; now tear the paper in half between the two columns and throw away the negative feed back side altogether! Keeping only in focus of the positive feed back side. Every time something from the negative side pop-ups in your mind get rid of it immediately!!! You do not want to have any negatives attached to your Heart Desires.
A negative with a positive cancels each other out creating stagnant. [-1 plus a +1 = 0] Negatives will keep you from having it. You will need more positives to out weigh the negatives to get anywhere. Just like a physical bank account of withdrawls (-) & deposits (+); if the outgoing income (-) is greater than the incoming income (+) you will remain without! Your bank account on the Spirit Level works the same way; if you have more (-) energy than (+) energy you will remain without.
Therefore, you want to get rid of the self-sabotaging lie-based negatives (things not of God) that come from the enemy to block you from receiving the gifts of God.
Step Two: Income ideas
Would you like to earn an income having fun? Write down some ideas of how you can earn an income doing your Heart Desires. Or how would you like to earn an income from your Heart Desires? You can create a how-plan or leave it up to God to come up with the HOW. Either way, He will have His say so in the final HOW.
Step Three: Identify your blocks
What is blocking you from having your Heart Desires; lack of skills, money, talent, education, handicap? What is necessary to have your Heart Desires? Because these issues will have to be resolved (with God) to get to point A to point B. What are some of the things (tools, equipment) that you will need to achieve your Heart Desires? How much will it cost you?
Again here, take a closer look. If you need say a "computer" to do it, don't limit yourself by thinking you need "money" to buy the computer. Just ask for the computer! I needed a computer and graphic software to do what I wanted to do, and college skills. I got it all without having to pay for it.
This also includes negative emotional blocks like feelings of unworthiness, doubt, fear (fear of failure or succeeding). Some people get Failure Mentality embedded within them from not having their needs met as an infant. You will have to work with God on all getting these negative blocks removed in order to reach your Heart Desires. Get emotional clearing here. Do you have embedded within you lie-base thinking associated with being wealthy or money that is blocking your from evolving financially? How is your way of thinking preventing you from living life to the fullest?—these errors need removed. Where did these lie-based thoughts come from; parents, social groups, society, patterns of the world, religion?
Universal Law of Polarity
There is always a positive side to every negative...seek it. Where there is a WILL there is a way. Transform your negative into a positive. Use your negative to your advantage. Allow your negative to prosper you. This movie, Emmanuel's Gift is just that. I encourage everyone to watch this movie; it's highly inspirational and will get you thinking out of the box.

It is your BELIEF AND FAITH that manifest your heart's desires into reality on the physical plane. BELIEF and FAITH is the creating force in the spiritual realm.
"But when he ask, he must believe and not doubt. That man should not THINK he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does." -James1:6-8 We are not to THINK we will receive, but to KNOW with CERTAINTY we will receive WHATEVER we ask for; every time. God really does hear you and He answers every time. But we are getting in our own way to receiving because of doubt; negative thinking/feeling.
The enemy wants to prevent your positive seed from taking root that will produce a harvest - be watchful of the enemy's tricks. Hold onto your dream (positive seed) in like a "womb" protecting it from external harm so that it has a chance to grow and manifest. Gaurd your seed!
Step Four: Why do you want it
Next to each Heart Desire write down WHY you want it.
If your heart desire is beauty, then why do you want it? To be acceptable by others? In this case, God may show you, open your eyes to see that, you are already beautiful that being acceptable to others will then fall away. So the real problem is not beauty here, but being acceptable. So for this reason is for putting WHY you want it. For your own discovery and for God to fulfill the real underlying thing.
Step Five: Prioritize your list of Heart Desires
Which one is stronger emotionally to you over the others. Prioritize your list of Heart Desires first, second, third, and so forth. Which is more important to you, hierarchy.
Step Six: Making a contribution, what contribution will result of it
The life we were given, along with all our talents, are not for us alone but to serve others.
Write down some areas in the world you like to see improved, that really really matters to you...seeing a need and filling it. People, Planet, Animals. What makes you mad, mad enough to want to make a difference in that area(s), mad enough to want to take action in that area(s). Where is your passion towards wanting to make a difference in the world towards helping people, the planet, or animals? What would you like to see improved? What area(s) is no one else working in that needs attention?
Other ideas: how about being that person that wasn't there for you when in time of need. Be that person for someone else.
Start thinking about: What goodness will result from having your Heart Desire thing? How can it benefit others? How can your Heart Desire thing lead towards making a contribution. Ask God for ideas.
It is better to make a contribution in the world through your heart desires versus just doing it out of duty or obligation or should do, which is without God.
"When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives,
that you may spend what you get on your pleasures." -James 4:3
Perhaps you already have Health and Prosperity, but now need to create a contribution to fulfill. If asking for to be wealthy then what good thing will the money be used for? How can you use your good health to make a contribution? Lounging around everyday doing nothing is self-centered.
Write it all down.
Step Seven: What are your good positive qualities
Make a list of positive things you know about your self: good qualities, values, characteristics, etc. What have you always known about yourself?
Write it down.
Step Eight: Include any role models (optional)
Make a list of role models with what 'thing' that they have that you would also like to have. This can be physical or non-physical; perhaps you like a certain characteristic about someone, a quality or attribute they have that you'd also want for your self.
TIP: Role models can be of biblical figures or great leaders.
Write down each role model along with the 'thing' they have you desire to have also.
Step Nine: Make it short and sweet
Ok, now narrow all of your list down to the absolutes, as if, this is it, here it is, straight to the point.
Step Ten: Create a Mission With Purpose statement
Now create a mission with purpose statement out of your 'short-n-sweet' narrowed down list. Most mission statements are short and direct, but can be lengthy if needed to get it all in there. Your Mission With Purpose Statement is your TARGET to where you CHOOSE to end up in life. What you WILL to do in life that serves a purpose while at the same time using your unique God-given skills and talents, that is fun and joyful, is also known as the Universal Law of Purpose In Life.
Example: the mission with purpose for police is; PROTECT & SERVE, it's on their badge. Their mission with purpose explains what they are about.
Your mission statement should reflect the inner YOU and will guide you through your journey of turning the authentic YOU into reality. You will want to keep you Mission With Purpose in your focal point at all times to help keep you on a straight line towards the end result. Write it in present-tense.
Here is the mission statement I created:
My mission is to help people towards liberation through knowledge, nutrition, emotional clearing, natural medicines, and conscious awareness; combining science and spirituality in accordance to God, empowering one's own ability to create infinite health and prosperity through Truth and increasing the Light within.
Here is my God-given destiny upon inviting Jesus in my life:
To seek the truth, walk the truth, live the truth, be an example of TRUTH. To show the world that God does indeed exists, for all to see His grace and through the power of Jesus Christ all is possible. To create new believers and awake sleeping Christians.
Now, if you get a Calling from God, make that your #1 priority direction in life and base your own mission statement with it but as secondary.
Here is my Calling from God:
To bring light into the world; teach sickness as a result of a wounded spirit, sin, and emotional baggage; teach people how to evolve spiritually.
This website is a manifestation of me and God.
Step Eleven: Take action, get your boat moving!
What can you do NOW in the present moment, what step(s) can you take today towards your Heart Desire? No matter how small or insignificant that step may seem, do it. You have got to get your boat moving in order for God to start moving in your Heart Desires. As long as you keep taking steps towards your Heart Desires, keep moving towards your Heart Desires, then so will God. As long as you keep moving, more will unfold, more pieces of the puzzle will be given. The Universal Law of Action is engaging in actions that support your Heart Desires.
"The sluggard craves and gets nothing, but the desires
of the diligent are fully satisfied." -Proverbs 13:4
I have watched a couple of movies on Mother Teresa. She started out with nothing! But she positioned herself where her heart was at - amongst the poor, lame, and dying. As she quotes via the movie; "if I hadn't carried that first one person, then the other thousands wouldn't have been possible." Her Heart Desire of helping and caring for the poor, lame, and dying started with just one person then grew into a huge multinational mission. Mother Teresa had a vision and others partnered in with her whom also shared the same vision (orchestrated by God). The story of Mother Teresa and the movie Emmanuel's Gift is a prime example of how the Kingdom Of God principles work.
You have got to take the first step, Get Your Boat Moving, then more will be given.
Step Twelve: Get aligned and Project it
You cannot get different results doing the same old things!
Start rearranging your life to match the NEW you. What sacrifices are needed? How fast do you want to get there requires more sacrifices, down-sizing, go down to go up. It's only temporary. Don't worry about what your friends, neighbors, and family will all think. So what if it looks crazy and abnormal to the rest of the world, they don't understand. Do all that you have to do to get there. Sell the house, live in a shack, be homeless if it means getting there faster (take showers at the health club). Get rid of the TV and other distractions, including people that will want to keep you at their level or your old level. If you want to get there faster then get rid of EVERYTHING that does not pertain to the path of your Heart Desires (new direction in life). Doing so will anchor you to it. Once getting achored to your Dream it will become one with you (your way of BEing), in seperatable...you will be locked into it as if it has already become reality.
"You see that his faith and his action were working together,
and his faith was made complete by what he did." -James 2:22
Start projecting the NEW you with a vision board (dream board) by cutting out pictures that reflect the new you and paste them on a board. Hang it where you can see it everyday, and take time out to get emotionally evolved with it, living your Heart Desire (the end result) on a daily basis. Give energy to it.
What ever you feed grows, stop feeding it and it will cease to exist.
What ever you put your time and energy into will grow. Feed-n-Nurture; put time and energy into the things you DO want to grow. To get rid of the things you don't want simply stop feeding them - stop putting time and energy into things you do not desire to have. Funnel your time and energy down.
"I am focusing all my energies on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead." -Philippeans 3:13 NLT
Jesus does this. When someone becomes "drafted into His Vine to bear much fruit" then He cuts away someone who is not bearing much fruit giving more energy to those who are more serious...the kingdom is taken away from the sluggish and given to another who will produce its fruit.
Go out and get in that new home, car, RV, what ever you desire. Feel it, experience it, smell it, taste it. Keep it alive within you. Get pictures with you and your dream/heart desire thing together...connect yourself to it.
"As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." -Proverbs 23:7

Step Thirteen: Stay on track
Keep your eyes fixed on your Heart Desires (the higher Good) versus your current status. However, you do want to be at peace with your current status, accept it, as it is part of creating your new future. Practice gratitude. Be grateful in ALL things and matters. BE UNSTOPPABLE! Preserving produces a harvest. As long as you don't give up YOU WILL achieve your Heart Desires.
"But one thing I do; Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead. I press on toward the Goal to win the PRIZE..." -Philippians 3:13
In my journey when times got tough, enough to give-up...it was my mission statement that kept me going (I didn't have my calling yet). I thought to myself, "if I give up now then I won't be able to help others...I need to prove to people the Ways of God work. Therefore, I must keep going." My heart/desire to help people outweighed stopping in tough times. It has to be more than about yourself, a strong purpose to be unstoppable.
Step Fourteen: Combine it all
Start thinking of ways you can combine ALL-IN-ONE: Heart Desire, Income, Contribution, Values, Fun-Joy-Likes, along with your Calling from God if you have one. God works synergistically; all as a whole is greater than each in it's separateness. The combination of all will create a synergistic flow and Kingdom-size results!
Step Fifteen: The Journey, Law Of Attraction
It is not the end result that is the prize, but the journey itself getting to the Heart Desires is the real gem. The journey along the way of reaching your Heart Desires will grow you and transform you to a better higher you. You will learn many things of God and Life along the way.
Co-Creating with God in manifesting your heart's desires requires be guided by God's Spirit...Spirit-led for direction to get you from point A to point B. To hear from God you must tune down the static and chaos in your life to hear from God.
He may give you an idea, a feeling, or a sense of knowing of some action to take. You want to let "pieces to the puzzle" come to you, flow into your life, things needed to build your Heart Desires. Stay alert to looking for signs for direction and guidance. Pay attention to what people say to you because it could be God talking through them. Be consciously awake.
A lot of times I'd wake up in the morning with information in my mind from God, keep paper and pen next to your bed just incase and write these things down right away so you don't forget them before other mind activity starts up. When you hear from God as an inner thought voice, you will know if it is from Him and not your own thought because it would be outside your normal way of thinking. Sometimes I'd get impressions from God; or messages coming in my mind like a radio receiver! Sometimes these radio-receiver messages come in so fast you have to replay it over in your mind right away to remember it. Sometimes it will be a strong loud direct inner voice and sometimes a faint voice. Following Spirit is like a 3-D movie. Direction will pop-out from the normal 2-D scene...but not always. Sometimes if I am not sure, I talk it over with God, telling Him I am planning on doing this on this day and if it not of Him close the doors from it happening.

Step Sixteen: The Harvest Time
Other life coaches will have you set a time (date) in which you would like to reach your goal—I do not.
Universal Law of Gender
Having a time can work if you do not have any emotional blocks. But in other cases, you will receive your Heart Desires when the negative blocks are removed which then relies on your own internal clock. In addition, every Heart Desire (thought, idea, image, feeling, concept) is like spiritual seed being sown and will move into physical reality when the time is right. Each manifestation has its own incubation or gestation period (like having a baby). Every Heart Desire will manifest when the time is right. Don't give up too early; be patient. All must be in alignment, harmonic balance, to reap a harvest...to receive.
"The seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. All by itself the soil produces grain—first the stalk, then the head, then full kernel in the head." -Mark 4:27,28
"For at the proper time we will reap a harvest IF we do not give up." -Galatians 6:5
"It will be done just as you believed it would." -Matthew 8:13
If you desire to set a date then push it out to a minimum 5 years giving yourself plenty of time to make the necessary changes. I have read it took God 14 years to transform Joyce Meyers, as she had a LOT of childhood emotional trauma that needed corrected. So be patient with God. Some of us are worse off than others having a bigger gap between point A to point B.
Step Seventeen: Word of Caution!!!
DO NOT mix anything from the occult with Co-Creating with God!!!! It is not necessary. You do not want to cross-mix these Teachings of God with Yoga, Meditating, Chanting, Humming, etc., or with other spiritual teachings or other spiritual practices. This is why...
God created us to do life with Him and gets great enjoyment doing life with you. The occult opens doors to other spirit guides that are fallen angels, false gods...devils/demons! The demons want to break your relationship with God. Demons are jealous of God and wants you to co-create with them instead of God. Like a train on track to its destination, where two tracks cross each other a simple shift in the track can take you off the current one...now you are no longer on track A with God, but now on track B with the demons going the same direction.
Now get the devilish thought out of your head "so what" as long as I get what I want, who cares who I do it with devil or God. Doing it with the devil leads to hell...you are the one in control of your destiny! You do have FREE WILL Choice of who you want to do life with. But I teach how to do it with God; per God's persona.
"You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord's table and the table of demons." -1 Corinthians 10:21
How to discern if you are on the right track.
Since God (creator of all things) is the ONE and only TRUE God, He is ONE for ALL during your Heart's Desires journey: teacher, guide, healer, assistance, leader, helper, inspiration, enthusiasm, knowledge, etc. ONE God for ALL!
The WRONG track is: having multiple spirit guide gods-a separate one for every little thing...a spirit guide/god devil for knowledge, a spirit guide/god devil for healing, a spirit guide/god devil for inspiration, etc. Having spirit guides with "names" like Moses, Mother Teresa, archangel Michael or Gabriel or Raphael +, even Jesus...these are fallen angels (devils) false gods "appearing" to be holy people; including guides like Mohammed, Buddha, etc. (dead people-leaders). Talking to angels is sign you are on the wrong track. False guides too use scripture from the Bible, so be careful. They mix truth with lies so it "appears" to be of God.
Now, with that being said...I invited Jesus in my life to have a better life here-n-now because my way of doing things was not getting me what I truly wanted in life. Therefore, God-Jesus is my ALL in ONE and has taught me everything I know. So you don't have to invite jesus to learn the Ways of God, you can learn them from me which came from God. But I do prefer you to be connected to God-Jesus yourself and not to be dependant on man alone. It's your choice per your own FREE WILL.
Discerning the REAL Jesus from the fake Jesus... the real Jesus doesn't sit down next to you on the sofa to have a conversation with you! The real Jesus doesn't show up! Jesus IS a bridge to God and God's Kingdom. Because of sin, we cannot go before God directly and JESUS (son of God) is the ONLY mediator between people and God. God is of three persons: Father, Son, Holy Spirit. God-Jesus IS NOT A RELIGION. Religion is of the devil, a false system appearing to be real. All other "guides and teachers" lead to the Devil's Kingdom (hell) and that is where they come from. They are only nice to you for one reason, to use you...use your body to express themselves through you.
As long as you DO NOT ADD ANYTHING to the Teachings of God, you will not get side-tracked. The first time I did this was by accident. I did not know anything about God-Jesus nor anything about spiritual stuff and all went well for me. But in today's times, being ignorant can really go against you.
When you DO hear from God, don't let the enemy take what God said to you away from you...nurture what God tells you for it to root and grow within your BEing.
If I can do it, so can YOU.
You may want to get a notebook and have a tab for each Heart Desire thing: health, prosperity, material stuff, contribution, etc., writing a plan to each with specific clarity.

When I first started my journey I had a lot of negativity in me, I could only think of one good positive thing about myself...I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. And God used that. I also knew that I always wanted to be self-employed versus working for someone, and that I enjoyed freedom and that I always wanted to be a full-time RVer. God combined all of these things about me together into one sweet package! I new nothing about making a contribution when I first did this, but God knew it, and made all to work out in that area too. God manifested it all together for me; I get what I want, God gets what He wants, and it is making a contribution (others are getting it too)—all in one folks.
My JOY-FUN is my Life Work. I was completely ignorant when I started my journey, but God guided me every step of the way. God's universal laws work equally for every and anyone with NO favoritism. They work with or without being a Christian, but the universal laws work even better with Jesus. In some cases emotional clearing will be needed to fulfill your dream—Jesus can help you with that too or you can use the oils, it's your free will choice.
Now ask yourself; what kind of lie-based thoughts do you have associated with Jesus? Jesus is not a religion. Jesus is a good-guy and can help you, but you have to let Him in. What's holding you back?
You do not have to worry about HOW it will all happen, the HOW is God's job. You do your part and God will do His. In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps. -Proverbs 16:9

Where there is a WILL, there is a way.
